Our defensive driving school will prepare you for everything that you need to know such as parallel parking, 3-point turns, hill parking, traffic, congestion, roundabouts, highway and freeway driving. We will teach you how to drive with safe driving practices to provide you with the confidence to drive defensively and pass your road test. 

Our Young Drivers of Canada - Kitchener driving school location is proud to be locally owned as well as an MTO approved beginner driver education course provider! Each of our instructors are friendly, patient, friendly and re-certified yearly to make them highly trained professionals who make learning to drive a safe, fun, and interactive experience. Our private in-car instruction and emergency manoeuvres have always made YD the right choice for driver training.

Learn To Drive To Survive

We teach new drivers of all ages, licensed drivers, mature drivers and fleet drivers. Not only do we offer new driver courses but you can also purchase individual in-car lessons, lesson packages, G or G2 road-test packages, driver improvement courses and advanced collision avoidance for fleet drivers. We're pleased to offer training for new and experienced drivers requiring a vehicle equipped with assistive devices such as hand controls and spinners. We also help seniors prepare for residential and highway tests. Our instructors will help you feel confident and prepared on road-test day!

Our Young Drivers of Canada Kitchener driving school classroom and office are conveniently located at 421 Greenbrook Road, Unit 12 between Westmount and Fischer-Hallman. The entrance to our driving school is off Stoneybrook in the back of the Giant Tiger plaza.

Parking is available in front of our driving school.
